  • No documents are required for Udyog Aadhaar Registration. Your mobile number should be linked to your Aadhaar card, in case it is not we will need to submit a copy of your PAN Card or Aadhar Card.

Udyog Aadhaar registration is applicable for all entities having a maximum investment of Rs. 10 Crores (for Manufacturing) and Rs. 5 Crores (for Services) in Plant & Machinery and Equipment for Manufacturing or providing Services (Not inclusive of Land & Building). Udyog Aadhaar registration cannot be obtained for activities of Retail and Wholesale. Such entities are requested to apply for activities involving manufacturing of those products which in turn automatically cover its retailing and wholesaling.


You need to make sure that your Aadhaar card is validated. If not, you will need to get the same validated from your nearest UIDAI (Aadhaar) centre. We are not responsible if your Aadhaar card is not validated and results in your Udyog Aadhaar not being generated.
